Altair

Based on the glorious tiny pigtailed destroyer from Re:Creators anime, Altair is one of the most badass low level pawns around. Her gold dragonforged Force Hatchet hits like an endgame weapon once fully charged (which happens very quickly with Dragon's Maw) and her armor and dual Savior Rings make her tankier than many pawns 3 times her level.
